Our digital bills arrive in your mailbox immediately they are issued. You can download them instantly and you can check them wherever and whenever you want to, from any device with an internet connection.

In addition, during the lockdown, the postman did not need to carry bills from door to door, which relieved the burden on the postal service that was operating less frequently due to the restrictions.

If you still haven't changed over to paying your bills by direct debit, now is a good time to start. Most of our clients did not have to go to the bank during Covid because they were already paying by direct debit.

You can set up a direct debit to pay your bills in the Contracts section of your Customer Area so that they come in directly to your email, and without needing to leave the house.
