Energía XXI is developing a plan to guarantee the well-being of its customers and employees

Due to the health crisis caused by COVID-19, a state of emergency has been declared. We care about your health and we have put a global plan in place to guarantee the electricity/gas supply and customer service.

Energía XXI has launched a global action plan in response to the exceptional situation caused by the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This plan’s goal is to guarantee our customers’ energy supply without affecting service quality, to protect the health of our workers, and to facilitate the work/life balance of the people who work in our company.

For this reason, a series of extraordinary measures has been introduced in different areas.

Help for our customers

  • Freezing supply cuts: during the state of emergency we have frozen power and gas cuts for our residential customers. To avoid travel and physical contact we recommend using direct debit to pay your bills. You can also do this through this very web page , through your bank's website, the Energía XXI mobile app, or by telephone with your bank card.
  • Changes in Customer Service: In this exceptional situation, we have temporarily suspended in-person customer service at our offices as of 16 March for as long as the state of emergency remains in placeTo help you manage your account, we offer the following channels:
    • Our Customer Service telephone number 800 76 03 33, open 24 hours a day, every day.
We encourage you to register in the Energía XXI Customer Area or download the Energía XXI app to operate any time and anywhere. You can also easily activate your digital invoice and thus receive all the information about your consumption directly in your email account.
  • Facilities for SMEs and the self-employed: it is possible to postpone the payment of bills, reduce power for free and temporarily suspend supply in these difficult times. We explain more about aid for the self-employed and SMEs during the state of alarm due to COVID-19.
  • Up-to-date information: We will keep you promptly informed of any issues related to our energy service at
