On May 11, Energía XXI's commercial offices and service points began to reopen. Both the customer service hours and the procedures you can carry out will be the same as usual, but now with all the required safety and hygiene measures.
When will Energía XXI offices and service points open?
The vast majority of Energía XXI offices and service points have reopened their doors since May 11, although some remain closed to adapt to new hygiene and safety protocols.

The best way to visit our offices is by requesting an appointment. You will avoid waiting and help everyone to correctly apply the hygiene and safety measures.

Hygiene and safety measures
1. Set number of people
The safety distance will be respected. Help us to do this by requesting an appointment before going to your nearest office.
Gloves will be provided upon arrival to prevent possible contagion.
2. Safe customer service
There will be transparent acrylic partitions and a distance of 2 metres between the work stations.
The staff who will assist and advise you will wear masks and gloves, and use alcohol-based sanitiser gels to disinfect commonly used equipment.
3. Maximum cleanliness
All offices will be disinfected and sanitised frequently (tables, cabinets, protection screens, etc.).
Pedal litter bins will be available.
