Endesa - Electricity, Gas, People

Signing Up Online Step-By-Step

You can change your gas or electricity supplier completely free of charge and with total confidence. Your gas or electricity will never be cut off during the switch.

It's important not to confuse changing your supplier (the company you have a contract with and which sends you your bills) with arranging a new connection. You only have to apply for a new connection when your home or business isn't already connected to the gas or electricity supply (because it is a new building or because it was cut off for some reason). Here we explain how to get your gas or electricity supply connected.

Switching suppliers is quick and easy. If you’ve decided to get your gas or electricity from Endesa, the first thing you need to do is find out about our tariffs and choose the one that meets your needs.

Remember, get in touch with us through the various Customer Service channels if you need any advice.

What documentation do you need to change marketer?

You don't need to worry about anything else, as we'll take care of all the paperwork to complete the switch free of charge and without your gas or electricity supply being cut off even for a day.

If you want to apply for a new gas or electricity connection, i.e., if you don't already have a gas or electricity supply point in your home, or the supply has been cut off, check this article on how to apply for a new electricity connection.

Here's a step-by-step run-through of the application form
