It's important not to confuse changing your supplier (the company you have a contract with and which sends you your bills) with arranging a new connection. You only have to apply for a new connection when your home or business isn't already connected to the gas or electricity supply (because it is a new building or because it was cut off for some reason). What documentation do you need to change marketer?
- Full name and tax number (NIF) of the person who will be the contract holder.
- Supply point address.
- IBAN code of the bank account you want to use to pay your bills.
- Contact telephone number and email address.
You don't need to worry about anything else, as we'll take care of all the paperwork to complete the switch free of charge and without your gas or electricity supply being cut off even for a day.

Payment details
Set up a standing order for your bills. You can associate your new contract with a bank account that we already have on our system or provide us with a new one. Once you have entered the payment details, a message will appear and we will send you an email confirming we have successfully received your application. You can access all the details of the application from this email, and check its current status in your Private Customer Area.
