At Energía XXI, we continue to look for new ways to connect with you to make your experience with us easier, and to be able to assist you with any issues, doubts or questions you may have. For this reason, we have put into operation a new video support service at some Energía XXI offices and service points.

At Energía XXI, we continue to look for new ways to connect with you to make your experience with us easier, and to be able to assist you with any issues, doubts or questions you may have.

For this reason, we have put into operation a new videosupport service at some Energía XXI offices and service points.

What is the VideoSupport service?

It is a new Energía XXI initiative to offer you help via a video call with one of our colleagues at the service point. It consists of a video call in which you can resolve any questions or formalities directly with the help of a person who is at your disposal. In other words, it is like going to the office, but without leaving home.

How does the VideoSupport service work?

The VideoSupport service is simple and straightforward. After requesting your video appointment, we will send you a link on which you will need to click, with the date and time you have chosen for your video call.

When the date and time you chose arrives, the agent will connect and you will have them at your entire disposal for whatever you need during the appointment.

How do I know if my service point has VideoSupport?

That’s very easy: You can see it on our offices and service points page.

The office will appear with the VideoService office logo. You can filter the offices by selecting the "VideoService" filter and the offices that have this option will appear on the map.

What do I have to do to request an appointment?

You just have to click on "PRIOR APPOINTMENT" and the system will ask you to choose the option that you prefer, a prior appointment or videosupport.

After selecting it, follow the steps and choose your time and date.

You will receive a link to the room where you will receive your support. When the date and time you chose arrives, click on the link and we will be waiting for you.

How do I know which offices have VideoSupport?

At the bottom of this page you can find all the Energía XXI and service point offices that have video service in your area.

What is the difference between an office and a service point?

The main difference is that an Energía XXI office is a traditional, wholly-owned physical customer service point, while a service point is another place where we can assist you, even if it is not owned by Energía XXI.
