This is what you need to do to withdraw from a contract with Energía XXI
To correctly complete this procedure we will show you the steps to follow, the deadlines to meet and the form you have to fill in:
- You have the right to withdraw from your electricity or gas contract with Energía XXI within a period of 14 calendar days with no need to give any justification. The time limit for withdrawal will expire 14 calendar days from the day the contract was created.
- You can notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by e-mail or by post, by sending a letter that constitutes an unequivocal statement of your request.

To make the procedure easier, we will make this withdrawal form available to you, but you are not obliged to use it.
- The letter or the form can be sent to our e-mail address: atencionalcliente_exxi@energiaxxi.com or to our PO box: ENERGÍA XXI S.L.U. – P.O. Box 818 08080 BARCELONA.
- Always remember that, to comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough to send the letter or the completed form before the corresponding period expires.
What data is required to fill in the withdrawal form?
You will need to provide the following personal data to confirm withdrawal from the contract:
- The date when the contract for the regulated market tariff for electricity and gas with Energía XXI was signed.
- CUPS (Universal Supply Point Code).Details of the contract holder: Names, surnames, ID, telephone and home address.
- Datos del titular del contrato: nombres, apellidos, DNI, teléfono y dirección del domicilio.
